Mahesh Buran graduated as a physiotherapist from Rajiv Gandhi University, India in 2009-10. After graduation, he worked as a physiotherapist for an elite cricket team for 8 years,s including his stint as Head of Sports Science and Medicine for 2.5 years with the Andhra Cricket team. He undertook various courses in sports/kinesiology taping, manual therapy, dry needling, Pilates, and strength and conditioning. He completed an MSc in Sports Medicine with distinction from the University of Central Lancashire in 2018. Following an MSc degree, he worked with Preston North End Football Academy as a casual physiotherapist for 2 years on part time basis and as a Senior MSK physiotherapist with Central Lancashire Moving Well Service. In 2018, he pursued Advanced Physiotherapy
Practitioner course from Coventry University. Following his advanced training, Mahesh is now working as a First Contact Practitioner in the NHS. Recently, he completed the Independent and Supplementary Prescribing course from the University of Bolton.
Mahesh specialises in assessment, treatment and management of a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal and sports injuries using detailed assessment to identify the various contributing factors, identify the source of pain, design a personalised treatment plan, and educate patients to empower them to self-manage their condition.

Meeta completed her Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in 2007 and Master's in Physiotherapy (Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Conditions) in 2011 from Dr.D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, India.
With keen interest in Spine and Manual therapy of peripheral joints, she simultaneously pursued her International certifications from The McKenzie Institute International
Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (SPINE-MDT) and Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) in 2010.
Soon after, she joined as a Physiotherapy Lecturer at MGM College of Physiotherapy, Navi Mumbai.
She is also a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), practicing since 2016, and an Acupuncturist (UK) since 2023.
Over the past 17 years of her clinical practice, she gained vast experience in teaching, treating, and practicing at various Institutions and clinics in India and the UK.
In the UK,
She has worked with Ascenti from 2018 to 2020, managing the NHS case load.
Worked as a Disability Assessor with the Department for Work and Pensions in 2020 and 2021.
Joined as a Digital Physiotherapist in 2021, working for an International compan,y eMed(Babylon), in conjunction with various insurance companies and attending NHS patients via GP at hand.
Meeta says, "My interest has ranged not only in Physiotherapy but also in Alternative Medicine, as I truly believe that 'Healing is an inside Job. The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest in getting well.'

Sahaja graduated with degree in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University, India in 2009-10. After undergraduate degree Sahaja worked in multi-speciality hospitals where she dealt with women’s health, wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She also undertook courses in Manual therapy and trained as Aerobics instructor. After post-graduation in 2011-12, Sahaja worked with elite women’s cricket team dealing with various sports injury cases, rehabilitating players from acute injuries till return to sports. She started working as a Musculoskeletal First Contact Practitioner and Acupuncture therapist in NHS from July 2022.
Sahaja specialises to deal with wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries via detailed assessment, commencing appropriate treatment, giving personalised advised and educate patients to self-manage their condition.

Nagarjuna is a highly qualified physiotherapist with over 11 years of experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports injury management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy (2010) and a master’s in sports rehabilitation from India. He further earned an MSc in Sports Medicine (2022) and completed MSK injection therapy training (2024) at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
He has worked across clinics, hospitals, and GP surgeries, specializing in MSK/joint injections, road-traffic accident (RTA) and sports injury rehabilitation, return-to-sport (RTS) training, and chronic pain management. His expertise includes biomechanical foot evaluation, workplace ergonomics, and fitness screening.
Nagarjuna utilizes advanced hands-on techniques like MSK injection therapy, dry needling, Mulligan, Maitland, McKenzie, and trigger point release. His patient-centered approach focuses on functional rehabilitation and customized exercise programs to optimize recovery and performance.
